We currently accept cash, checks and money orders at City Hall. We cannot accept debit or credit cards at this time.

Auto-Pay is a voluntary payment option which eliminates the hassle of writing checks and buying stamps by automatically taking your payment directly from your checking or savings account each month.

Online:
Clintonville Utilities partnered with Payment Service Network (PSN) to offer our customers a way to view and pay their utility bills online for free. You can pay your bill using this method by going to PSN's website and setting up an account. They can accept payments from checking or savings accounts.

Telephone:
Payment Service Network also offers the option to pay over the telephone for a fee of $3.30 for each $300 payment. You can pay your bill using a checking or savings account or by Visa, Discover, or MasterCard credit cards.
